THE BEST INGREDIENTS FOR A HEALTHY BREAKFAST

Now we know why breakfast is so important if you want to lose weight, the next step is to actually make a healthy breakfast.

But what ingredients do you need it for?

A healthy breakfast will consist mainly of food that provides many and the right energy to your body, including metabolism gets going. Substances that meet these requirements are sugars, vitamins, protein and fiber.

Therefore, the following foods are great for a healthy breakfast:

Oatmeal

Bread (preferably spelled)

Egg

Milk (preferably from soy, rice or nuts)

Fruit (especially citrus fruits and berries)

Cinnamon

THE IDEAL AND HEALTHIEST BREAKFAST TO LOSE WEIGHT

How a healthy breakfast looks like? One of my favorite recipes:

Porridge with banana and cinnamon

A cup of oatmeal

250 ml of milk (or water)

1 banana

Cinnamon

Chia seeds

Pour the milk into a pan and bring it to the boil. Add the contents of the cup with oatmeal after a while. Cut the banana into pieces and also add it directly. Let it cook for a few minutes until the porridge has the desired thickness. Then add cinnamon to taste and also + 1 tablespoon of chia seeds. Remove the pan from the stove and let it rest for a few minutes.

This recipe can, of course, be done all kinds of ways. Milk is in fact usually sweetened with sugar or corn syrup which is unhealthy. So if it's hard for you to get “healthy” milk, replace milk or water. You can also replace the banana for a variety of other fruits such as currants, raspberries, apple or pear. Chia seeds could replace you for linseed.

MORE HEALTHY BREAKFASTS

Another suitable breakfast is a fruit salad.

For this you can use all kinds of fruit such as orange, kiwi, grapes, apple, pear, strawberry or blackberry. Insert possibly some yogurt and chia seeds to it and you're done.

Also you can use a blender, juicer or slow juicer a green smoothie making or fruit juice. With this you can mix all kinds of healthy ingredients for a delicious smoothie. Boil still an egg, so that you also get enough protein.

Obviously you can just eat bread, especially bread which is made from a kind of healthy grains, such as spelled.

A healthy breakfast is the most important thing if you want to lose weight, but to get even more from it you can do the following things:

Drink for breakfast at least one glass of water (with a lemon slice), fresh fruit juice or (green ) tea

Breakfast within 30 minutes after you wake up

Have a full breakfast

Two hours after breakfast try to take a healthy snack, like a boiled egg

Keep varying and experimenting, so you do not eat the same breakfast every morning
