  • Clear Mind: Begin your journey with a map. To know exactly what you want to accomplish, you need to know where you are headed. Write down your goals and be specific and positive with your sentences.
  • Clean Out: Jumpstart your weight loss with a cleanse. Detoxify your system by cleaning out the digestive tract, liver, and toxins.
  • Clean Eating: Avoid processed food and just stick to fruits and veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains.
