The second meal is tuna. Tuna is a tasty meal that is jam packed with protein. Yeah I know we all heard of the word protein, but do we really know what protein can do for weight loss? Well first off the protein in tuna will help you feel fuller for a longer period of time, which will eliminate those cravings to go back for seconds. Protein has a high “thermic effect of food” which is the energy we use to digest food into small, absorbable components. Protein has a higher thermic effect than compared to carbohydrates and fat, meaning your actually burning mor4e calories to process protein than the other two. Tuna equals protein and protein equals lean muscles. The more muscles you have, the more fat you can burn, meaning productive weight loss without vegetables.
Last, but not least, avocados. Avocados are an amazing fruit that is rich and creamy and taste amazing, avocados are much like almonds, they contain monounsaturated fats which pump cell membranes enabling them to work more efficiently with fat-burning hormones.
