Once I started to incorporate options that worked for me, I was able to see success. The options became habits and have helped me to maintain my successful weight loss.   • Diets. There are many diet options available. They can be helpful if you choose the right one for you and then stick to it without fail. The problem can be the same as surgery. You may find healthy habits, but staying on a diet for life is not realistic or healthy.
  • Eating Right. Meal planning and choosing healthy foods is the best way to lose weight and keep it off. It has been shown that 80% of weight loss is achieved through healthy eating.
